The St. Mary Immaculate Employment Ministry is a team of volunteer coaches dedicated to helping you find meaningful employment. From all walks of life (self-employed, corporate, trades, and retired) our coaches are experienced in evaluating candidates. We are ready to help you improve your resume, and build interviewing and networking skill. Upcoming Events Join us on Tuesday, January 26th at 7:00 pm at St. Mary Immaculate Parish in the Faith Sharing Room. There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome.Mike D’Aversa, an Employment Ministry member who recently landed a position, will present “Networking Without Fear or Anxiety". His presentation, based on real world experience and his application of networking tools, will be interactive with hands-on work for attendees. If you are new to networking, come early for a special 6:30pm introduction to networking tools like the Handbill and the Elevator Speech to help you get the most out of your effort. Coaches are available at any time to meet one-on-one to help you develop those tools, or to review your resume and hone interviewing skills. Bring up to 20 copies of your resume and/or handbill to distribute to those you meet.
